Replacement PolicyIf your concern is verified under our return policy conditions, we will offer a replacement free of charge.We aim to resolve all replacement requests as quickly and smoothly as possible.3. Return & Refund PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your order and prefer a return instead of a replacement:A 30% deduction from the total COD amount will be applied.This deduction covers delivery charges, return logistics, and applicable government taxes already incurred by us.The remaining amount will be processed as a refund.5. Refund Processing TimeOnce the return is received and approved:Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.The amount will be transferred via the same or agreed payment method. 6. Important NotesItems must be returned in original condition where applicable.Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
