We take great care in packing and delivering every order to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Your satisfaction is our priority, and our support team is always here to assist you.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly provide clear photos or videos as proof for quick assistance.
After verification, we will provide a free replacement of the damaged or missing item(s) at no additional cost.
2. Replacement Policy
If your concern is verified under our return policy conditions, we will offer a replacement free of charge.
We aim to resolve all replacement requests as quickly and smoothly as possible.
3. Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order and prefer a return instead of a replacement:
A 30% deduction from the total COD amount will be applied.
This deduction covers delivery charges, return logistics, and applicable government taxes already incurred by us.
The remaining amount will be processed as a refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once the return is received and approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
The amount will be transferred via the same or agreed payment method.
6. Important Notes
Items must be returned in original condition where applicable.
Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
